- Once my order has been placed, how soon does it get shipped?
- Orders from PartyRockLife.com are checked on a daily basis. Once checked, the items are pulled from inventory within 1-2 days and placed in USPS care for shipment. Please keep in mind, custom pieces like Party Rock Jackets and all Women's customs (dresses, slash tank, oversize tank, tie top, etc.) are created once the order is placed, so these items may take up to a week to be created from the date of your order before shipping out.
- When can I expect my order?
- Once pulled from inventory and packaged, your order is placed in USPS care for shipment. We ship all orders using Priority Mail through the USPS. For domestic orders (within the US), Priority Mail has an estimated delivery time of 5 business days. For International orders, Priority Mail has an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.
- What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address?
- If this happens, please email: LMFAOMerch@Gmail.com immediately with the correct address so it can be shipped to your proper location. Of course in this circumstance, there is no garuntee that we will receive the e-mail before the item is shipped out, since our goal is to ship as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery service. We strongly recommend double checking the shipping address on the paypal account prior to confirming payment.
- Can I exchange or return an item I ordered on PartyRockLife.com?
- We do accept exchanges on unworn items. Please contact LMFAOMerch@GMail.com with your request to exchange. You will be asked to send your item to the return address located on your package, and your new item will be sent to you once we have received the item wishing to be exchanged. We do ask you cover the shipping charges on all exchanges. All bikinis, accessories, and custom pieces are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
